Radnor Outreach & Animal Rescue (ROAR) partners with local shelters and rescues to help companion animals find their perfect home. ROAR provides educational support and resources to the local community regarding pet responsibility and the benefits of pet adoption in the hopes of creating a brighter world, one animal at a time.
